Lilly's Pizza Reviews
Amazingly, besides AWESOME PIZZA, Lilly's has some of the best salads available in Raleigh-- large portions with organic ingredients. I always forget the name, but the one topped with their bbq chix is my favorite.Lilly's is also a supporter of local nonprofits, so it is a nice place to support.
This has to be my roommate's and my favorite pizza place in Raleigh. The environment is very relaxed, the food is good, and you can sit outside if you want to have a conversation, or inside to enjoy random rebellious music. It is often quite busy, so getting something after you order can be a bit difficult. The best bet is to get a pitcher of beer and be very specific about any strange requests for sides, etc that you might have. Parmesan is a request item, as they keep it refrigerated. Also, keep in mind that all dishes, to go boxes, straws, etc are off to the side and you grab them yourself.
Best Vegan chicken I've ever had. Got it on the Caesar salad. YUM.

Getting an order to go? Definitely call that in. Takes WAY less time...look at the menu on their website if ya need it!

Get the hummus! You won't regret it!
by Gracie M.
You don't here for the service, that's for sure.

Legend has it a woman ordered a Pizza in 1851. That pizza arrived in 1991. That woman was Lilly. This is her store. Moral of the story, call ahead... Waiting times can be long.
by Winston K.
Best pizza in Raleigh. Hands down. And the salads are even amazing.
by Susan B.
Noisy but the pizza was great!
by Exa R.
The food is good, but we waited for more than 45 minutes on a calzone while people who walked in after us got served, finished, and left. :(

They should need more people, their pizza were really great so they should expect loads of customers.

I like the southern board.
by Fox W.
The cashier, Edgar, is the sweetest and all their pizzas are delicious! If you want a specialty pizza by the slice, go before 5 and not on the weekend!
by Hannah C.
A busy place, but worth the wait for the pizzas. Good beer selection. Parking nearby on the road behind the front of the building. There's a small area in front for outdoor seating.

Best pizza in the Triangle by far!
by Casey Y.
The pizza is fantastic but their system for ordering flawed. One guy manning the register, the phones and pouring drinks makes for looong lines :-(
by Joanna T.
For all I heard about this place, not impressed at all.
by Scott M.
The south of the border pizza rocks. Make it vegetarian by subbing atomic (spicy!) tofu for the chicken!
by Veronica A.
Get the bruschetta bread!!!! And don't be scared to dip it in the olive oil!
by Ashley G.
I really enjoy the variety of toppings they offer here. I always order extra crystal meth on my pizza.
by Daniel T.
Not from Raleigh but I've ALWAYS heard great things. Really disappointed. Took almost 45 minutes to order and the food was cold. Won't recommend or come back.
Bantam weight salad isn't messing around with its chicken portions. Get it with the lemon vinaigrette. Damn.
by S 💜 W.
Get the Buddha! It is so delicious and fresh!
The veggie lasagna is amazing as is the pizza. Fresh, organic, and gluten free options. Its a small, charming spot and the wait can be long but CHILL out and enjoy your company. The food is worth it.
Thai bhat pizza+ bantam weight salad = delicious
by Ashley B.
Make sure you read the writing on the refrigerator in the back before ordering a gluten free pizza. It very clearly reads "NO FUCKIN' GLUTEN FREE"
by BJ T.
Best pizza in Raleigh! Eat outside, it gets a little smokey from the ovens inside. Very crowded but always worth the wait
by Holli S.
There's never available parking directly surrounding and it takes too long to make anything larger than a slice of Pizza. Not worth the hassle or the prices.
by Lamarr F.
Tofu salad with ginger soy dressing= mouth party. I get one every time I'm in town.
by Brianna E.
Gluten free available for $2 extra
by Cristina R.
If you called ahead and there's a long line when you arrive, stand next to the register and you will get served out of order.
by Kevin E.
Thai Bhat pizza is an excellent blend of flavors! Enjoyed the slight peanut taste of the sauce, chunks of chicken, silky mushrooms, and fresh scallions.
by Pamela O.
Try the The Big Shindig - Replaced onions with basil. Hands down the best pizza in the Triangle. (via @Foodspotting)
by Nicole M.
The staff here is great.

DELICIOUS pizza! good selection of beer. very smoky inside- not good for people with respiratory issues/allergies (those irritated by smoke) laid back atmosphere. I only wish it were a bit bigger -
by Cat R.
The Big Shindig was that and then some
by J. W. B.
Busy nights they always run out of forks. Snag one as soon as you walk in if you order something you can't eat with your hands.
by Jerimee R.
Yummy pizza! Very unique pies. Try the Ace Perry Hard Cider... really good pear cider!
by Tamara M.
No slices after five on the weekends? Good pizza, but disappointed by this fact.
by Britta M.
Was introduced to this place last visit & tell everyone else about it. 1 must stop in Raleigh! Big Star is amazing. Pistachios on a pizza are divine!!
by Kristina P.
I wanna touch em ;)
by Roxie C.
If you like doughy pizza like I do, then you'll love this place. Not a big fan of the "Pigs in a Blanket" appetizer. It was basically Stromboli that was way too salty. But the pizza was fantastic!
by Paige K.
Antipasto is surprisingly excellent.
by Jerimee R.
Make your own pizza for sure, $1 domestics on mondays
by Bryan H.
Damn good pizza!
The mayor here neglects her people!!
