Ruth's Chris Steak House Reviews
We would have not visited your restaurant had we known that every thing on the menu was ala carte. The steaks were very good but the price was hard to swallow. The atmosphere was little too dark and sitting by the kitchen didn't help either. Being so close to the foot traffic was unnerving. We had made our reservations a day in advance (Mckinney 7:15 6/23/01).
The food was good, but not impressive. I won't go back. The service was horrible. Our reservation was for 8pm and we weren't seeted until 8:40pm. The waiter didn'y come for 20 min. and never came back to the table to check on us. Other waiters were doing great at there tables so I guess ours just didn't want to be there.
Order the cowboy ribeye. It's worth it!!!

Fillet is incredible! It's served on a plate that's heated to 500 degrees, so you can savour every moment knowing that from the first to last bite will be hot! Yum

Seafood trio not good. Broccoli salty. Potatoes au gratin very good. Lobster bisque salty. Filet ok. Stuffed mushrooms ok. Crab cakes ok. Calamari not that good.

So what if it's a chain. The steaks here are really, really good. Killer (also, large) martinis. Definitely get the hash browns. Prepare for butter overloaded bliss.
