One Michelin star

Go hearty w/ boudin blanc or pan-seared skate, or light w/ toasted barley salad. Dessert is a must: crème caramel is perfect. – Green Guide Editor

What a fantastic place. Great mussels, radishes and steak. Super atmosphere in a beautiful place. And the service is really good too. Totally recommended.

Onion soup was delish!

Classic French cuisine too perfectly executed by Thomas Keller' team. Try the gazpacho for appetizers and veal for the main course.

Great classic-modern French bistro food, alez enfants!

To those of us who never thought Chicken and Waffles could be gourmet...we were wrong. The Bouchon brunch proves to be a delicious respite from your weekend winery tour.
Open 'til midnight on Sundays (and every day)!

Have the gnocchi. Thank me later.

if you're having brunch, ask for a basket of pastries!

Bone marrow app. Compared to even the bev hills location, this dish sings perfection. Most marrow apps are too salty but this one is remarkably well balanced with hints of citrus, garlic and capers.

The best restaurant in Yountville! The great service and food!
The Creme Brûlée is a must!
Cahors, Clos La Coutale (80% Malbec and 20% Merlot) is an excellent wine for a very reasonable price.
The truffle fries are amazing!

Get here ASAP!

First Bouchon! Cool! NOT. Truffle fries rule, service is some of the worst I've ever had. Mussels? You've got to be kidding me, bro. Cool spot if you're the biggest loser in America. Ugh.
by Zach S.
There's a better trout in Campos do Jordão. There's a better gnocchi at São Paulo's Bottagalo. For a better dessert, skip the Marquise au Chocolat: try the mousse at l'Entrecôte d'Olivier. Trust me.

CIA grad Spike Mendelsohn worked at Bouchon, which not only serves French cuisine, but has a unique wine list as well.

Don't worry if it's full, everybody has reservations, but you can stand by the bar and wait for a table. Oh yeah, don't mind about the faces at the entrance.

Make sure to order the pomme frites. I like the chicken as well.

Try the Boudin Blanc - Made in heaven! (via @Foodspotting)
Try the Chicken Liver Foie Gras Mousse - Next best thing to Foie Gras :-( (via @Foodspotting)
It's wine country, but try the Blue Apron Ale by Brooklyn Brewery. You can only get it at a Thomas Keller restaurant.

Thomas Keller (and his staff) know foie gras. I don't care what else you do, skip this dish and you're missing out!
